Non-Catering Application form 2017

We need to know what electrical items you expect to bring, in order to verify your electrical needs. You will need to bring low voltage spot lights, as a minimum, for the inside of your chalet. You are not allowed kettles or your own radiators. Please remember you must not exceed 1100 watts and 10amps.

The interior and exterior appearance of all the chalets is vital to the excellent reputation of the Market, and is a critical part of the selection of Exhibitors. Please describe below how you anticipate decorating your chalet, the types of fitting/furniture you will use, both inside the chalet and outside, to enhance the appearance of it. Each chalet will already have white pea lights on the front of it, and will be adorned with a Christmas garland. You will need a smart sign bearing your company name, (unless pre-ordered) and other festive embellishments

If you do not receive a confirmation email of your application or are having trouble with your online form please contact the Christmas Market Team to resolve the issues. 

Once your application is accepted you will be electronically invoiced to the email address provided for a non-refundable deposit of 30% of your total costs. Failure to pay this within 14 days of the date of the invoice will result in your application being rejected.

Two further invoices will be provided on: 1st of July 2017; and 1st of October 2017 to be paid within 14 days of the date of the respective invoices.
